We hope you love your new Kader boots, but we know getting sizing right over the internet isn’t always easy, so rest assured you’re able to return your boots for a size exchange to us if you follow these steps: please note, we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges for different styles.
Returning Your Boots For A Size Exchange
Carefully open the parcel bag the boots arrive in, as you will be able to reuse this should you need to post back to us.
Try the boots on, on a carpeted surface, take boots on and off carefully with your hands to ensure not marking them in the process.
A small amount of heel slip is normal in a western boot, (and fun fact, every person in this world has one foot bigger than the other so one foot with have a slightly bigger heel slip than the other).
If you find they are too small, too narrow, too wide, etc then give us a call, we will see if we have the size you’re after, or discuss what you would like to do.
Please note we speak to hundreds of people each week on all forms of social media, on the phone and in person, so writing a note to go along with your boots when posting them back to us in essential.
On the returns note, Please write down your order number, and if you are returning for a refund of the boot cost due to the sizing not being right for you, or if you are wanting a size exchange then which size and width.
For manufacturing faults , please contact us within 6 months of purchasing on 0457477189 to discuss.
For size exchanges and refunds due to wrong fit, we send out the first size exchange at no extra cost, if any further size exchanges are needed then postage charges will apply.

For all of our orders we post our express post through Australia post. This can take up to 3 days from our rural location.
For size exchange postage we post regular post, please allow up to 3 weeks for boot delivery.
